Thanks for your patience, we are pleased to begin posting again!  We're back with the last sermon from July.  Owing to the mysterious disappearance of his notes, Barry decided to preach from memory the sermon from James that he gave at the morning services.  He did very well, but posted here is the 10:30 sermon for the sake of completeness and better references.   In this passage James considers what true wisdom is, and what is the best way for us to live.

Barry wraps up the series on Exodus by examining how the book deals with the topic of the Tabernacle. He discusses how the Tabernacle solves the problem of relating to a Holy God.

Rhys speaks from Exodus on the relationship between the Lord and Israel following their rebellion, explaining that God forgives and dwells with his people despite their sin because of his own glory.

Simon Jackson makes a special guest reappearance to take us through Exodus 32. Looking at Israel's outrageous infidelity to God, only weeks after the covenant had been made, he examines how they reject God, replace Him and the revolution that results.
